We had booked two family holidays with Leisure Kunj Holidays namely for Spain and Mauritius. We thoroughly enjoyed both the trips and a part of the credit goes to Leisure. It was an entirely customised package for our family and Leisure took care of our flight tickets, visa, accommodation and internal transfers. They took care of our needs and suggestions very well. In one of the events when we had some accommodation and transfer problem in Barcelona or voucher issue in Mauritius, Team readily helped us out which was a relief. Dear Leisure Team, I am writing this mail to you for recognising and appreciating your whole hearted efforts in arranging our Srilanka tour from November 5 to Nov 11. We have thoroughly enjoyed the tour. All arrangements were excellent. In spite of last moment change in our plan on the last day of the tour, you have managed to re-schedule our sight seeing so as to cover all the locations. We were quite comfortable during our entire stay period in Srilanka. The selection of sight seeing locations was also very good. Mr. Lakshman, your coordinator in Srilanka was also very helpful. On the whole, it was a memorable tour.

1.The ticketing and providing Boarding passes in advance was really good and very convenient.
2. It would have been helpful if you had informed us that the meals are included in our ticket.As we were not aware of the fact,we could not get availed to the facility.
3.Your representative Mr.Sing was very prompt in Welcoming the Group at Delhi Airport and very cordial to all our Team.Also the Driver Mr Bittu was present with him,which helped us to start early for our trip to Agra.
